As the Director of Operations and Human Resources, Kay Lodwick oversees the various internal components of the organization.  Her role includes the vital management of procedures, office operations and employee morale, as well as providing extreme precision in regard to the finances and accounting of the company.  She has been with MD Ellis Financial & Insurance Services for 5 ½ years and brings 20 years of experience in office management.

Kay is a Certified Microsoft Advanced Applications Specialist, and exudes advanced skills in other various software applications.

Gina Comeaux, Marketing Communications Coordinator

Gina Comeaux is responsible for the effective communication and coordination of practices between our clients and associates alike.  As the Marketing Communications Coordinator of MD Ellis Financial & Insurance Services, she has the responsibility of maintaining relationships and assisting our associates with the necessary tools that allow our clients to thrive.

Gina holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication with emphasis in Public Relations from San Diego State University .

Kay Teague, New Business Support Specialist

Kay Teague is a seasoned specialist in advanced policy case management, and has been with the organization for seven years.  She oversees the various steps of our processing procedures, and follows our client's business throughout each and every step.  She brings to MD Ellis Financial & Insurance Services over 25 years in the service industry, and provides expertise in the following arenas:  preliminary policy review, aggressive follow-up to keep the processing time as minimal as possible, and identifying potential errors that would otherwise cause delay. 

Kay holds a Life, Health and Disability Insurance License of California.
